Does anyone have any info on how to download POI's to the Teletype Worldnav 3100/3300
portable GPS units?

You are going to have to pull out the owners manual amd research it.I tried to pull up some info off the web but not much information out there on the unit.Most be fairly new to the market.If I run across anything on other forums I will let you know.

First thing you should do is throw your WorldNav GPS unit in the trash. Those WorldNav units are J-U-N-K.
Sorry but you might as well cut your losses now before youu spend a fortgune trying to get it to work.
My advice is go out and buy a Garmin. I bought one after I tried the junk you now own and I love my Garmin. It's a Nuvi 260. Custojmer service is great - unlike WorldNav which is terrible.
