If you go to your extras or custom pois and touch all categories on the screen two times it will show the closest 50 custom pois.Not just one category.So if you are out just riding and pull this screen up you will see the closest to you at that time instead of focusing on just one poi title.If you leave the screen up it should continue to re-calibrate as you change locations.
