City Nav North America 2010.2 Mexico joins NA

This update now includes Mexico, whereas up to 2010.1, North America only included USA and Canada, and only so far north. I'm not sure what Mexico did to get included, but for all the Mexicans with a Garmin, Welcome to North America! LOL
