Tried asc file for Masgellan but it does not work

Hi,

I have a Magellan RoadMate 1470 GPS and I have tried the POI files as asc for the Magellan GPs but it does not work and I have no software with the GPS. Do I need to convert the file for this GPS? and if so how please. thanks Regis

Hey Regis..as far as I know you need the Magellan POI Editor which I believe either comes on a CD with the GPS. If you don't have that you should probably go to the Magellan site and see how you can either get the CD or download the software.
