You will need to find out what file format the JVC units use and if it allows for downloads from a third party site. Unfortunately, just because you have a mem chip does not necessarily mean you can load third party information. Have you checked with JVC to find out if their units allow for third party downloads? I know from other posts on this site that some GPS units which are not represented will allow for downloads using the TomTom download option but if memory serves me correct you will need to purchase some software to allow for this.
